How It Works?

Automated data synchronization
Our team will help you connect your e-commerce platforms with Netiquette, ensuring automatic synchronization of order details, stock levels, and customer information. This integration saves you time and minimizes the risk of manual errors, keeping your inventory and sales in perfect sync.

Integration Breakdown

  • API Methodology: The API integration will follow Netiquette's design and methodology, enabling synchronization of item master profiles from Netiquette's Inventory Management System to the e-commerce platform.
  • Order Synchronization: Orders will be synchronized from the e-commerce platform into Netiquette's system as either Invoice or Cash Sales, linked to a defined Account Code.
  • Basic Integration Scope: The integration includes the import of orders and export of stock balances. Any additional data synchronization requests will be subject to man-day charges.
  • Timeline: Integration will take at least 3-4 weeks to fulfill the API methodology and reflect on the system, depending on the number of integrations and the number of products.
  • Unsupported Platforms: For e-commerce platforms not on the pre-integrated list, the integration will be treated as a custom project, and additional charges (based on man-days) will apply.
  • Modification Restrictions: Modifications to the e-commerce version are not permitted. Any requested changes will incur additional man-day charges.
