What if I don't need an e-invoice system for my subscriptions?

We can provide subscription packages that do not include the e-invoice system and come up with a package at a lower cost. Contact us for more information.

What is the pricing for Netiquette’s E-Invoicing solution?

Charges for e-invoicing are included in the subscription plan, allowing unlimited sending and receiving of e-invoice transactions without additional per-transaction fees.

Do I need both AMS and IMS to use e-invoicing?

No, you have the flexibility to access the e-invoicing system through either AMS or IMS.
Note: If you have both AMS and IMS, the system will only allow e-invoicing to be processed through IMS to ensure streamlined operations.

Is consolidated and self-billed e-invoicing available?

No. Consolidated and self-billed e-invoicing are currently under development and will be available soon.
Note: As of January 2025, these features are not yet available. Stay tuned for updates as we continue to enhance our e-invoicing capabilities.

How will the subscription change after it expires?

Once your subscription expires, it will automatically revert to a Netiquette Package based on the number of users in your current subscription:

1-4 users: Netiquette Starter.

5-9 users: Netiquette Growth.
